ARIZONA CORPORATION COMMISSION
RESOLUTION OF THE OWNERSHIP OF
YAVAPAI CLASSIC CRUISERS OF ARIZONA, INC.
On August 7, 2003, Bob Janis was removed from the office as the President
of Yavapai Classic Cruisers of Arizona, Inc. (the Company) by a 3:1 majority
vote of the voting members.
On November 7, 2003 Bob Janis filed documentation with The Arizona Corporation
Commission. He represented himself and his officers as the new officers of
"Yavapai Classic Cruisers of Arizona" as of 11-6-03. (Figure #1)

On November 20, 2003, a complaint was issued by the elected Officers and
Directors of the Original "Yavapai Classic Cruisers of Arizona, Inc."
(the Company) to The Arizona Corporation Commission, stating that Bob Janis
supplied fraudulent information to the Arizona Corporation Commission on November
7, 2003. (7-page document is available)
On April 5, 2004, Mr. Gary H. Horton, Attorney, Legal Division, Arizona
Corporation Commission wrote a letter to the Chief Counsel, Fraud and Public
Corruption Section, Office of the Attorney General, resolving this issue.

Based upon this letter from the Legal Division of the Arizona Corporation
Commission, "the Company" owns the name, the logo, the property,
and all rights associated with "Yavapai Classic Cruisers of Arizona,
Inc."
As of April 19, 2004 appropiate legal and law enforcement procedures were
started to recover Yavapai Classic Cruisers of Arizona, Inc. club property
from Mr. Janis
